Welcome to episode 59 of Erk FM. This episode contains music that has been directly submitted to me over the Xmas/New Year period of 2009. There is some news about Insomnia Radio: Australia that I announced on episode 58, interview news, some feedback and some cracking good tunes!

The music of Jack O’ The Clock sounds like the perfect soundtrack for a nonexistent Western movie written by Stephen King and directed by Tim Burton. Awesome! Haven’t heard anything that unique and cool in a long time. I really enjoyed listening to them! :D
I think the song “Hand Me Down” is going to go through my head every time I shop the thrift stores. :) Catchy little song.
“Would You Cry” by Buddhuza makes me want to dance, and so does “Spanish Town” by Monte Carlo Safe Crackers.
Echolounge!!!! Yay!!! :D
I’ve no idea what the song in Swedish was about, but it was very pretty.
In answer to your question : I like the way you have the interviews split up and released on Tuesdays. I think if you combined the interviews with the regular Erk FM show, it would be way too long for me. Also, I wouldn’t want to miss out on the weekly Erk FM episodes because an interview was taking the place of one. In short: Don’t fix what ain’t broke!
