Blast From The Past 35 – Relaxation

Welcome to episode 35 of Blast From The Past. This is a very different episode of Blast From the Past for several reasons. Firstly, there is no Erk. That means that Judy is flying solo on this episode. Why?

Well, Judy has been wanting to do this episode for a while. No, it isn’t Horses part 2 or Elephants part 3. They are coming.

This episode is a relaxation episode. For many years, Judy has been using a relaxation tape to help her get to sleep. A few listeners have said that this show relaxes them and puts them in a good mood to sleep so they do. So instead of our usual format, Judy decides to make a relaxation tape with her voice instead of the lady on her tape.

So sit back (or lie down) and relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. Calm blue ocean. You are feeling sleepy. Does anyone actually read the show notes?

    I can see how this kind of thing could help someone with relaxation/sleep. I know it’s difficult for me to do either if my mind is working too much. Sometimes, if I’m having trouble sleeping, I’ll put a talk-radio station on to try and distract me long enough to get some sleep.

    I am so thankful you did this episode, Judy! I’ve been carrying around a lot of anger since I lost my job. Listening to your podcast, and following along with your instructions actually helped me to get rid of all that anger. All of it! Nothing else has ever made that happen before. I have a feeling I will be listening to this particular episode a lot in the future, (every time I get super angry).

    I’m not someone who has problems falling asleep, but lately, I find myself up really late at night, working on a bunch of different projects. I’ve been using this episode of your podcast to help me stop working, relax, and get some sleep.

    Thank you, so much, for this episode of Blast From the Past! :) It’s really helping me a lot!
