Welcome to Erk FM: Metal Monday episode 28. From this week, Erk is trying something different. During the first half of the episode, Erk will feature tracks that he has had submitted to him and/or have seen the band live. In the second half of the episode, Erk will pick one of his music suppliers (this week, AirPlay Direct) and a country (this week, Finland). If there is a band that Erk or you like the sound of, let Erk know & he’ll play another track from the band in the future.
It is the end of the Australian summer & Erk will soon be returning to the place of employment (ie the place that pays the bills) so Erk won’t be at as many gigs as he was at during the most recent Australian summer. But it is not all bad news – Erk can finally announce that he has increased the representation of metal shows who are member shows of the Association Of Music Podcasting because like Erk FM: International & Erk FM: Australia, Erk FM: Metal Monday is now a member show after a peer selection process.
