Welcome to Erk FM: Australia episode 214. After taking last week off due to #mevioluxury and missing the first Friday in Erk FM history, Erk is back with great music that he saw live last weekend. Most tracks on this episode performed by the bands at the Sunday gig were recorded live by Erk. Other tracks are either live performances recorded by others or studio recordings.
The weekend started on Friday night with metal band Tensions Arise supporting hed PE. On Saturday night, I headed out again to see party band Jellybean Jam who have been in the Sydney music scene for a while. However I do not have permission to feature their performances. Before Jellybean Jam, I bumped into another talented local (local to Erk, at least), pianist & vocalist Natalie Carboni. And if that’s not enough, on Sunday Erk headed to the Lucky Australian Tavern for an afternoon of female fronted rock featuring Smokin Mirrors, Domino & Hard As Nails.
